A high purity atomized and annealed copper powder having generally irregularly shaped particles. The particle size and shape is strictly controlled and are engineered for various chemical and metallurgical applications that require high purity. It can be used in diamond bonding and abrasive wheels, copper brazing paste, and as the copper portion in the iron-copper powder metallurgical formulations.
