Diffusion Bronze Powder (Cu/Sn:90/10) is a uniform blend of copper, tin and lubricant ready for direct use in a compacting press. It is free flowing with no segregation and can be directly used for molding. Our SPB series have different sintering grades and specifications to meet the desired sintering requirements. The major applications are self lubricating oilless bearings and sintered bronze structural parts.

SAB-MBX1

Pre-alloyed Bronze Powder( Cu/Sn:90/10), is a lubricated, free flowing press ready bronze powder. This product is engineered to provide a fine oil pore structure, smooth face, and excellent oil efficiency. SAB-MBX1 has excellent dimensional stability, low operating noise for applications where control porosity and oil permeability are required for good hydrodynamic lubrication to occur at lower loads and higher rotational speeds. The major applications are micro-bearing, high density structural parts and iron-bronze bearings.
